Sealyham Activity Centre has been dedicated to encouraging an interest in the environment through outdoor activities for 18 years now. We run residential and non-residential courses in a variety of activities such as rock climbing, coasteering, kayaking, archery, orienteering and sailing. Children in particular are encouraged to learn about the environment they are in, and to respect the countryside and its inhabitants.
Many activities take place in our 100 acre estate, which comprise a 120 bed Georgian Mansion, landscape gardens, spruce plantations, Victorian slate quarry, lakes and a two mile stretch of the Afon Anghof. For other activities we utilize the spectacular coastline and beaches of the National Park.
Throughout their stay our customers are taught the principals of the countryside code. School groups link their stay to the national curriculum. Individuals and family groups can participate in a wide range of activities in beautiful and peaceful surroundings.
We are accredited by AALA, WCA and are full members of the WTB. All our instructors carry first aid certificates and a variety of NGB qualifications and we currently hold the Green Dragon Level 2 Award.
