The remains of a WWI Coastwatcher's hut on Garn Fawr. Coast watchers with time on their hands carved their names at Garn Fawr.
A compass has been carved into a rock alongside.
Also on Garn Fawr is one of a pair of aligned buildings used for carrying out tests on low level air to surface vessel (ASV) radar. The companion building at Strumble Head has been renovated and is now used as a bird observatory.
