Molleston attracted members from all over Pembrokeshire with people travelling by horse and on foot from Wiston, Letterston, Dale, Johnston, Picton, Roch and Marloes.

Some members transferred to form churches at Haverfordwest, Pembroke and Narberth. The Molleston register shows 16 people who moved to establish Bethesda Chapel, Haverfordwest, in 1800. In 1906, 16 members transferred to form Bethel Chapel at Loveston.
